Requirements
A United States coil manufacturer, located in the Midwest, required a lube which would enable them to stamp both evaporator and condenser coils with the same fluid. The lube had to be formulated to give high wettability properties.
Summary
This customer tested Chem Arrow’s Arrow 8191-FR Fin Stamping Lubricant and found the wettability provided was perfect. They also liked the fact that the product had no odor and provided excellent corrosion protection. Since this company does not wash their coils they were able to continue this savings in production costs when they switched to Arrow 8191-FR which is free rinsing.
All of the above products have been independent laboratory tested for refrigerant compatibility, corrosion protection and hydrolytic stability. Documentation is available upon request.
