The health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, families and visitors is our top priority. As the COVID-19, also known as coronavirus, continues to evolve globally Chem Arrow is monitoring the situation with the goal of maintaining our ability to provide our customers with high quality products and excellent customer service.
As a precautionary measure to achieve this goal, Chem Arrow is limiting any non-essential visits from outside staff, customers and suppliers to our headquarters in Irwindale, California. We strongly encourage anyone who needs to meet with our staff at the Irwindale, California office to conduct these meetings via phone. Any visits to the facility need to be approved in advance by our General Manager, Shawneen Mitchell. Chem Arrow is also asking our sales staff to conduct customer visits via telephone to help our customers achieve the same goal of minimizing exposure.
Chem Arrow is working proactively we our suppliers to identify and manage any issues related to product availability. Currently, we are not aware of any such issues.
Chem Arrow’s offices remain open and continue to provide our customers with excellent customer service. In the event our physical office is required to close, employees will continue to operate from remote office locations.
Chem Arrow will continue to monitor the situation and will send out updates as the situation changes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
