Chem Arrow introduces ArrowHVAC 50022, our refrigerant miscible copper bending lubricant. ArrowHVAC 50022 can improve your finished unit coil performance up to 3% compared to a refrigerant compatible copper bending lubricant.
Our product is a fully refrigerant miscible lubricant at various temperature ranges in the refrigerant system. The lubricant miscibility flows with the refrigerant and will not create a layer or separation you would experience with a refrigerant compatible lubricant.
ArrowHVAC 50022 also provides excellent lubricity for bending, cutting, end forming and could eliminate the internal aqueous washing of copper tube coils. This product is recommended for use on hairpin benders, return bend benders, copper tube cutoff machines and end forming machines.
